At Simply Pharmacy, your medication will be hand delivered by courier, so you have the security of knowing that you don’t have to rely on postal services.
You can be confident that your delivery will be made within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery Details

Simply Pharmacy uses a secure and confidential delivery service in conjunction with Couriers Please, for delivery of medications to you at home or at work, or anywhere in Australia.

Your preferred delivery address is recorded by us at time of registration. This can be changed at any time.

All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt. If there is nobody available to accept and sign for the delivery at the agreed day and time, the parcel will be retained and delivered at another time. Simply Pharmacy reserves the right to charge for this additional delivery.

Special Offers

We offer FREE delivery with selected perfume orders to any residential or business address (this excludes PO boxes).

We also offer FREE delivery on any orders over $150. This offer is limited to residential or business addresses (this excludes PO boxes).

Low Delivery Cost

For one small delivery fee you can have all your prescription medication and other pharmacy needs delivered to your door.
We deliver anywhere in Australia for a small delivery charge of just $6.95 (inc. GST) for a parcel up to 20kg. This price includes hand to hand courier delivery via Couriers Please. If you live in remote areas of Australia, we reserve the right to charge an additional surcharge charged by Couriers Please. We will always notify you of this before we proceed with your order.

Simply Pharmacy reserves the right to charge extra when a package is over 20kg in cubic size or weight. A Health Account Manager will notify you of this at all times prior to proceeding with your order.

If you would like us to deliver your parcel to a PO Box, we are happy to do this. We use Australia Post's parcel service for a small charge of 9.95 (for parcels up to 3kg in weight). If your parcel is over 3kg in cubic size or weight, we will notify you of the postage charge before we proceed with your order. If you live in remote areas of Australia, we reserve the right to charge any additional surcharges charged by Australia Post. Again, we will notify you of these charges before we proceed with your order.

Order Packaging

To ensure your privacy, your order is delivered in a sealed, personally addressed plain package.

All Simply Pharmacy members will be provided with medication supply summaries which detail every delivery, the number of days supply dispensed and the number of remaining repeats available. This statement will also let you know when you are due to return to your doctor for another prescription.

In addition our pharmacist also provides our Members with specific product information.
Our current Member’s Special Offers will also be included in your package. We also from time to time provide you with free product samples which enable you to try for yourself our great range of products. 

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order’s progress after dispatch by logging online to the Couriers Please website at www.couriersplease.com.au and entering your parcel number. Alternatively, if your order is dispatched using Australia Post, you can view the status of your order at www.australiapost.com.au and entering your parcel number.
