Each tablet contains 1000mg of Sustained Release Glucosamine Hydrochloride, which slowly releases glucosamine for 12 hours. When a tablet is taken morning and again in the evening it provides a continuous release of glucosamine hydrochloride into the bloodstream for 24 hour release.
DOSAGE
AM dose: Take one tablet in the morning with food or water.
PM dose: Take one tablet in the evening with food or water.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For 24 hour Glucosamine release, two tablets need to be taken 12 hours apart. If symptoms persist seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
