Vitamin C is also: • A major antioxidant • Essential for the formation of collagen • Essential for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth • Beneficial for skin tissue repair and wound healing DOSAGE Adult Dosage: Take 1/4 of a metric teaspoon (1 gram) daily. May be mixed with fruit juice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. CAUTIONS Warning: Not to be used in children under 2 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
