How to Order

Internet
To order online it’s as simple as 4 easy steps:
- Simply browse through our departments and select the ‘buy’ button beside
the product you wish to purchase. Products will be automatically placed in
your shopping bag.
- When you are ready to complete your order, simply click
‘Checkout’. This button is located at the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Register as a new customer or simply login if you are a returning customer.
- Enter your Credit Card details and submit, your order will be completed.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation to confirm your order.
Simple isn’t it! But if you are having any difficulties, please call the
Simply Pharmacy Team on 1300 154 006 or email your enquiry to service@SimplyPharmacy.com.au.
Phone
To place a phone order, simply call 1300 154 006 and place your order.
You will need to give your credit card details over the phone, as well
as name, address, and date of birth to confirm your customer registration.
Fax
To order via fax, simply complete your order using the same
process as ‘Internet’ orders above. At the point where you can choose
your payment method, select ‘fax’. A form will be displayed. Print and
fax completed form to (612) 9592 3745
Important Information
- Prescription items ordered require the prescription to be mailed to
Simply Pharmacy Pty. Ltd. We have a reply paid mail address that allows
you to send us your original prescription, at no cost to you. Once we
receive your original prescription, your prescription items will be dispensed
dispatched immediately. Australian law does not allow us to accept faxed
or email prescriptions. Furthermore, If more than one person requires
prescriptions in any one order, medical details for each person must
be entered.
- Customers using entitlement cards for prescriptions (for
example, pension, health care cards etc) must send a photocopy of the
entitlement card with their first order (either by mail with the prescription
or by fax). This is done to prevent fraud.
- Simply Pharmacy Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse supply of any goods
that may contravene our professional obligations. Refrigerated lines and
Dangerous Drugs (s8) cannot be supplied. All "Pharmacist Only Medication" (s3)
require a prescription, to meet Australian Laws. Only Australian prescriptions
written by registered Australian doctors can be dispensed.
